Wireless Printing Instructions


Upload and print your document and pick it up at any Muskegon Area District Library branch circulation desk.  Printing costs 15¢ per side for a black and white and 75¢ per side for a color print. 

We care about your privacy.Documents submitted to print are automatically deleted 24 hours after they are uploaded.

Choose how you'd like to print:
Print using a Browser
(compatible with computers, Android, and Apple devices)
Printing from the website is easiest when you know where your files are saved or if you're working on a computer.  In order to use the website, all of your files must be downloaded and saved on your device already.  You CANNOT upload files directly from storage sites such as Google Drive or from emails.

Step 1 – Open the MADL print page.

Step 2 – Upload your documents.

Step 3 – Choose :

  • How many copies?
  • Color or black & white?
  • Single or double sided?
  • Landscape or Portrait orientation?
  • Which pages?

Please note: You cannot change the paper size.  

Step 4 – Enter a name for your print job.  This is what the librarians will search for when you go to pick up your print job.  Please make sure:

  • There are no spaces.  You can use underscores.  
  • The name must be unique to you.  If the name is not unique, the librarian printing your documents may print the incorrect ones.  

Step 5 - If you would like an email or texted receipt for your print job, you may enter an email or phone number.  Neither are required.  

Step 6 - Hit Submit.

Step 7 - Visit any Muskegon Area District Library location and present the name or barcode number you submitted your print job under.

(compatible with Android and Apple devices)
The apps work on both Android and Apple devices.  It works well with email attachments, files, photos, and documents saved in locations like Google Drive. 

Step 1 – Download the Public Print Locations App for your Android or Apple device. 

Step 2 – Choose where your documents are saved:

  • In an email. You can choose whether you want to print the email itself or any attachments. * 
  • Photos - these are saved on your device.
  • Web.
  • Dropbox.*
  • Office 365.*
  • Google Drive.*
  • OneDrive.*
  • box.*
  • Files - these are saved on your device.
*These require an account login.  

Step 3 – Choose your documents to print.

Step 4 – Always choose TBS as your provider.

Step 5 - Choose any MADL location from the list.  Your print job can be printed at any location - your choice here does not matter.  

Step 6 - Choose :

  • How many copies?

To print your documents, visit the Circulation Desk at the library. Please have the card number or name you submitted your prints under.  They will release your documents to be printed.
