The Muskegon Area District Library for the Visually and Physically Disabled (LVPD) is a FREE federal and state funded library service for those whose disabilities makes reading difficult or impossible. We provide those who qualify with audio books (also called Talking Books), players, and/or Braille books, free through the US Postal Service in both Muskegon and Ottawa counties. For more information on who is eligible for this service, visit our Eligibility page.

If you would like more information about the LVPD program, call 231-737-6310 or contact the LVPD. Please let us know if you or someone you know could qualify for this program. We work to ensure “That All May Read.”
