What Is An Outreach Van?
The MADL Outreach Van is an extension of the library, bringing services to patrons in rural or underserved communities within Muskegon County, supporting access to community wide resources, and building meaningful relationships that foster a love for literacy and lifelong learning.
Library cards and services are FREE to residents of Muskegon County. If you need a library card, you can get one via the Outreach Van. To apply, just present a valid ID and show proof of address.
The Outreach Van allows us to provide the same high-quality services and resources you expect from MADL without having to leave your neighborhood.

Each Stop Provides An Opportunity To:
  • Register or renew a library card
  • Check out materials for up to three weeks
  • Register for our digital resources
  • Return library materials
